Freeblown Figural Dog Decanter
Scandinavian, possibly Aalborg Glasvaerk, Denmark, circa 1870 to 1900, cobalt blue. The body of the dog was blown in a pattern mold, the four legs, head, ears, nose and hollow tail are all separate, applied pieces of glass. The dog’s mouth, (the opening of the decanter) has a tooled mouth and applied string lip.
