Haring", also signed by fabricator "Upscale Welding", and hand etched "86" with artist's trademark plus sign encompassed in circle, steel base with black finish, finish chipped in areas, sculpture and base with small nicks and dents to edges, minor losses of finish, etc., sold as 18 1/8" h., base 6 5/8" w. x 5 1/8" d. [PROVENANCE: From the collection of fabricator and owner of Upscale Welding, Wallingford, CT who was hired by the artist to fabricate works and was gifted the sculpture. Upscale Welding also worked with Rafael Ferrer and Emmerich Gallery, New York, NY among others.]
