Centering the ring is one bezel set old European cut diamond with an estimate weight of 1.74 carats, G-H/ VS1. Flanking the center diamond are two bezel set old European cut diamonds; One estimated .85 carats, G-H/VS2, one estimated .81 carats, G-H/VS1. With a mixture of old full cut and single cut side diamonds, 40 total with an estimated combined weight of 1.00ctw, G-H/ SI, several chipped. Total estimated diamond weight of 4.41 carats. Stamped “51477,” and hand engraved, “Frances V. from Mother. June 12, 1918.” Ring size 7. Weight including stones: 5.4 grams.
