This exceptional watercolor includes a combination of both a family tree noting the births of Eaton’s 12 children and a memorial probably executed by Sarah B. Eaton. The dynamic grain painted architectural frame with three inset poems along the bottom section and a beautifully scrolled pediment with an inset oval mirror along the top makes this a unique piece of art. It measures 23¼ inches by 25¼ inches.
