As the nation’s largest seller of antique American Stars & Stripes, antique flags are my foremost business. As a very serious collector and dealer in paint-decorated American furniture, folk art, paintings and early textiles, American Fancy—to borrow the title of Sumpter Priddy’s fantastic book—is my foremost love. Twenty four years ago I combined my fascination with collecting with the desire to buy and sell Americana as a profession. Since then I have exhibited at more than 750 antique shows, traveling to the top events in the country for both selling and acquisition.
