The Dane console was designed and built in 2014 by Visilek Furniture
LLC on Long Island. The Dane was inspired by Danish and Mid Century
Modern. Those influences are clear in the Dane's clean lines and
simplicity. Stainless steel standoffs divide a Mahogany base from an
Oak top. Mixing two woods in this fashion was a major design risk but
was heavily praised during The Danes first exhibition at the
Bridgehampton Design and Antique show during the summer of 2014. The
Dane is made to order and available in alternative wood species and
finishes.
