HAMPTON FALLS, N.H. — Edward B. Beattie Auctions has an online Auction Ninja sale of antiques, Waterford crystal, artwork, clocks, rugs, Midcentury Modern, oak furniture, collectibles and more that will start to close on Wednesday, March 15, at 7 pm. The variety of items are from several New Hampshire homes and Massachusetts estates.
“We have a nice selection of Waterford and interesting rugs, including several Oriental rugs and a really colorful 1960s Egerya Deluxe shag rug,” said Edward Beattie, auctioneer. “We are selling a nice array of pottery with Weller, Red Wing and Roseville.
“We do many, many house calls, and you never know what you will find,” added Beattie. “The eclectic auction features a like-new Coach carryon bag with matching duffle bag and lots and lots of costume jewelry.”
Among the fun lots is a 13 star-marine flag with fouled anchor from a boat made in Connecticut at the turn of the Twentieth Century, an oak bedroom set and a wide variety of antique and vintage fireplace accessories.
As with any auction featuring the contents of estates accumulated over decades, there are many notable lots from Lesney toy trucks in their original case, books and bookends, cameras, political pins, vintage bar accessories, artwork from different centuries and even an unopened Larry Bird Wheaties box.
