LOS ANGELES — Abell Auction will present a fine art, antiques, Twentieth Century design and jewelry auction on Sunday, March 6, at 10 am PDT. The online sale will feature personally owned items, furnishings and art from influential figures in Hollywood, including Jim Belushi, Gordon Carroll, Chuck Fries, James Garner, Dustin Hoffman and Don Rickles.

Highlighted pieces from the sale include a Pablo Picasso “Faun Souriant” print, pair of John Dickinson tables and group of Karl Hagenauer figures from the estate of James Garner; Philadelphia Eagles 1980 Superbowl ring and Yankees and Dodgers baseball rings from the estate of Don Rickles; vintage mutoscopes from the collection of Dustin Hoffman; Jim Belushi’s Michael Smith installation; acrylic painting of “Alien” by H.R. Giger from the Beverly Hills estate of Gordon Carroll (producer of Alien); Modern and contemporary prints and multiples by Richard Diebenkorn, Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg and Robert Rauschenberg from the estate of Chuck Fries; and an array of appointments and collectibles from prominent California estates.

Fine art in the upcoming auction includes a collection of California and European paintings, as well as signed paintings, drawings and sculptures by Larry Bell; Antoine Blanchard; Emil Brack; Maurice Braun; Ernst Crofts; Edouard Debat-Ponsan; Marcel Dyf; Eugenio Gianchi; H.R. Giger; Antony Gormley; Jean-Jacques Henner; Heinrich Hirt; Raoul Francois Larche; Adolphe Alexandre Lesrel; Helen Lundeberg; Giuseppe Magni; Florian Maier-Aichen; Vittorio Geggianini; and Orrin Augustine White.

Modern and contemporary prints and multiples include works signed by Richard Joseph Anuszkiewicz; Chuck Arnoldi; Alexander Calder; Sam Francis; H.R. Estate jewelry includes an Art Deco platinum and diamond bracelet by Bailey, Banks And Biddle; Edwardian platinum and diamond pendant necklace; 18K white gold and diamond ring [4.00 carats, D color, IF clarity]; platinum and yellow diamond ring [6.41 carats, fancy yellow, VS1 clarity]; 59-carat unheated Sri Lankan loose sapphire; 32-carat emerald, diamond and 18K yellow gold ring; platinum, tanzanite and diamond necklace; and a pair of 18K white gold, diamond and sapphire earrings.

Decorative arts and antique furniture include a large collection of Royal Copenhagen Flora Danica porcelain; glassware by Baccarat and Lalique; collection of Meissen porcelain; collection of Faberge carved stone and gem-set table articles; Steinway & Sons grand piano; and Eighteenth and Nineteenth Century American, French, English and Italian furniture.

Modern and contemporary furnishings include pieces signed Walter Lamb; Roche Bobois (Mah Jong sectional); Vladimir Kagan; Memphis Milano; Dennis and Leen; Christian Liaigre; and Karl Springer.
