The three day sale features an array of rare coins totaling nearly 3,000 lots and includes a 1915-S $50 gold coin in both round and octagonal form, an 1884 $20 Double Eagle, which was one of the lowest mintage proof-only issues of the 1880s and an 1846 Seated Dollar with a double-punched date and remnants of the secondary digits below the primary numerals, the second finest proof known for this issue.
