To settle the estate of Ruth (Theodore) Mulford ~ Real estate and contents selling to the highest bidder
Note: This brick mansion was constructed in 1905 and was kept in meticulous condition. Terri Peters and Associates have been given the task of selling this magnificent home and it's entire contents at public auction. A brief overview of the contents include fine antique furniture for every room in your home, 19th and 20th century original artwork, over 25 oriental carpets, decorations, porcelain figurines, orientalia, sports memorabilia, rare books, estate jewelry and wardrobe, table and bed linens, silver, china and glassware, and objects of virtue.
Special Note: We have discovered a cache of 18th century letters written by William Bingham to Nicholas Lowe of New York City. These important historic documents relate to James Rumsey's "ingenious invention", state militia uniforms, and Monsieur d'Hauteval of "XYZ Affair" fame (He was Mr. Z), etc.
