We are pleased to offer at public auction the estate of Peter Blackman & Nancy King of Waterford Maine. The couple is downsizing, have sold their beautiful farm and have asked us to help them liquidate years of collecting as well as items used to maintain such a wonderful estate. Auction held at the home under a tent rain or shine. Auction will be catered and fully staffed.

TRACTORS TRUCKS AND ATV INCLUDE: Like brand new 2006 Mahindra ML IO6 26 hp Mitsubishi diesel motor 2615 4-wheel drive with only 400 hours. Tractor looks and runs like brand new. Also has a 6-foot bucket (see pictures always maintained). Almost brand new Husqvarna GTH 24V52LS lawn tractor, 24 hp only 54 hours. Still under breaking-in point, looks brand new. 2000 Dodge Ram quad cab runs great, 1 owner, gets run every day, see photos of inside and outside of this truck. 12x8 Ringo open trailer, great for hauling home items purchased. Polaris 4x4 Ranger in great running condition. Again, well maintained and used very little – 400 hours, looks like new with tilt trailer on back, must see. Desk has carved pulls and tons of drawers inside; wonderful custom made oak Amish made corner gun cabinet; mahogany ball and claw foot antique desk with bookcase top; two real nice leather style sofas with recliners, like new; nice pair of Hitchcock style twin beds; very clean sofa and 2 matching chairs with slip covers from sunroom; large hardwood harvest style table in maple, like brand new with drop leaf sides; small round table with Hitchcock style chairs; real nice 2 door painted pie safe in pantry; good long pantry style table; 2 good sets of nesting tables; set of 4 nice white painted porch rockers in wonderful pine?; chest with very unusual drawer sizes; 4 drawer antique cottage chest; oak tall chest; king size brass and iron headboard; other small chest and stands owners debating on keeping.
